In he middle of Semarang, I found a little stall on Muara Mas Raya Street. It had a banner that written "Mie Suikiau Ayam Panggang", which made me curious.
When I was stepping in, a friendly laddy greeted me. She also recommended trying the Suikiau, another dish they served. I didn't know what it was, but I decided to give it a try.
The Suikiau was really tasty! While it looks like soup dumplings, it has more meat inside. When I mixed it with the noodles and grilled chicken, it was amazing.
So, I couldn't stop eating! The flavors were so good that I wanted to come back for more.
